If a product isn’t the right fit for your pet, simply contact our team within 90 days of purchase and we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
Our support team is always happy to help with product advice, feeding tips and guidance to ensure your pet gets the best experience with our supplements. Where needed, we may also arrange a replacement product, store credit or another suitable solution.
For best results we recommend using the product consistently for several weeks, as pets may need a short adjustment period when starting a new supplement.
The guarantee applies to purchases of up to £300 per order.

Returning a Product

Processing Resolutions
Once a returned product has been received and reviewed by our warehouse team, we will process the agreed solution with you.
Depending on the situation, this may include replacement products, store credit or reimbursement via the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days after receipt of the product for the process to be completed, depending on your payment provider.
Delivery Charges
Original delivery charges can only be reimbursed if the order was cancelled within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.
