Refund policy

Our refund policy lasts 90 days. To be eligible for a return, you need to notify us and send the original jars or product before the 90 day window has passed.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

You do not need to send back the original cardboard parcel.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We will refund your original delivery cost only if you have cancelled your order within 14 days following your purchase.
